The Molasses Flood was an independent game development studio founded in 2014 by myself and 5 other Irrational Games alums after the closure of the studio.

As a co-founder I led the studio’s culture, strategy, and creative vision until it’s dissolution in 2025 as the team was absorbed into CD Projekt Red.

Together we created The Flame in the Flood, Drake Hollow, and began work on Project Sirius. We also got to work on some other oddball projects, like helping kick off development of Psychonauts 2 with our friends at Double Fine.
