I can’t say much about Project Sirius aside from what’s written above. After being acquired by CD Projekt in 2021, we began development on it, a new multiplayer game set in The Witcher universe.
As Game Director, I was responsible for developing and pitching the vision and shepherding the game through prototyping while expanding the team from the initial 11 at The Molasses Flood to over 60 spanning the US, Canada, and the EU.
Key accomplishments:
Successfully conceived of, developed, pitched, and attained greenlight for an ambitious new concept in The Witcher universe
Established cultural values for the team based on kindness, professionalism, and a focus on player experience that were successfully maintained through team growth, and validated by anonymous internal team surveys
Expanded and strengthened collaborative relationships within the org, including building working relationships with UXR, Brand and Marketing, Localization, Player Safety, HR, Recruiting, Comms, and Lore.
